“To train the self to be in the circle of patience
while in anger, lovers of the man from the east
in Asia, Africa, Middle East, Europe, America,
Australia, Antarctica, can do this:
1. Say, a`udhu billahi mina ash-shaytani ar-rajim (I seek refuge and protection in Allah from Satan, the accursed),
2. If possible make wudu
3. Recite istighfar in your heart when someones say bad words on you that hurts your feelings
4. Recite ayat kursi (Surat Al-Baqarah: 255) to those who say evil things to you because Satan (Devil) use their ego to become angry and harsh on you
5. Keep Silent
6. If you have spare time (especially for Muslim), read the Qur’an softly to your heart and soul for it softens your heart and soul
7. Forgive those who hurt you.”

in at least one of these prophets of Allah: Adam, Seth,
Enoch, Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Aaron,

Jesus Christ or the last greatest prophet Muhammad (s).”
