“After Jumadil Kubra died in Trowulan-East

Java, Mawlana Malik Isra’il Turk continued

to learn about the Culture of Javanese and

even learned Sundanese language as used

by the Sundanese in western parts of Java.”

“About twenty years later, Malik Isra’il Turk

went back to Hamadan, Persia to meet his

senior Mawlana Malik Ibrahim Kashan and

his other good companion Muhammad Ali

Akbar to inform them about Java Heritage.”

had eight dedicated partners in spirituality.”

“Those eight are: Ishaq as-Samarqandi,

Jumadil Qubra, Muhammad Maghrabi,

Muhammad Ali Akbar, and his relative

Muhammad Baqir (who would also be

called as Shaykh Subakir by Javanese),

Hasanuddin and Aliyyu’ddin, and Malik

Isra’il, who had just returned from Java.”

“Using the intelligence given by Mawlana

Malik Israil Turk, Mawlana Malik Ibrahim

directed Muhammad al-Maghrabi on his

behalf to ride to Edirne to counsel Sultan

Bayezid of the Ottomans to absorb from

the Javanese Majapahit how to conquer

Mongols, yet Bayezid did not listen, thus

Ottoman was conquered by the Mongol.”

“After Sultan Bayezid died in capture, his

fourth son Mehmed Celebi, then twenty

two years old, did not want to make the

same mistake made by his father, so he

listened to the advise of Mawlana Malik

Ibrahim Kashan thru Mawlana Maghribi.”

“Mawlana Malik Ibrahim gave advice to 

Mehmed I Celebi to officially assign him

to manage a delegation to Java, so that

with that official assignment it would be

easier for Malik Ibrahim and his team to

be welcomed by Majapahit Royal family

and to make strategic alliance between

the Ottoman and the Majapahit Nobles.”

had been led by seven grand awliyullah

 

1 Mawlana Malik Ibrahim (1404-1419)

2 Mawlana Ishaq Samarqandi (1421-1466)

3 Ali Rahmatullah Sunan Ampel (1466-1481)

4 Raden Ainul Yaqin Sunan Giri I (1481-1506)

5 Makdum Ibrahim Sunan Bonang (1506-1525)

6 Syarif Hidayatullah S. Gunung Jati (1525-1569)

7 Sunan Prapen / Sunan Giri IV (1570-1605).”

“In each periode/term, there are more

than nine Walisongo saints, however

the leading Walisongo saints in each

periode consisted only by nine most

supervisory saints in that assembly

during the 2nd up to the 10th term.”
