Hikmah #5071

“If it is difficult to focus your heart, mind

and soul only to God for two consecutive

hours daily for forty days then you could

focus your heart, mind, and soul only to

God for an hour every day for six months.”

“If it is difficult to focus your heart, mind

and soul only to God for one hour daily

for six months then you could meditate

totally to God without being distracted

from anything but God for an half hour

daily at any time you wish for one year.”

Hikmah #5073

“If it is difficult to focus your heart, mind

and soul only to God for half hour daily

for one year then you could focus your

heart, mind and soul totally to God for

fifteen minutes each day for two years.”

“Do this meditation daily besides the five

compulsory daily prayers as God orders.”

“And when My servants ask you, [O Muhammad], concerning Me – indeed I am so near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me. So let them respond to Me [by being egoless in My Will] and believe in Me that they may be [rightly] guided.”

( Surat Al-Baqarah verse 186 )

 

Hikmah #5075

“Isaac loved to meditate during afternoon,

Jacob loved to meditate at evening and in

the night, Joseph loved to meditate to his

Creator at night, midnight and some time

before dawn, Abraham loved to meditate

before went to work in early morning and

Ishmael loved to meditate to God at noon.”

“Meditating of the forefathers of Maitreya

Adam, Seth, Enos, Enoch, Noah, Abraham,

Lot, Ishmael, Isaac, Zimran, Jacob, Joseph,

David and Solomon are focusing the heart,

mind and soul to God, the Creator without

want anything from Him, just feeling close

and intimate with God, the Source of Love.”

“And besides meditating and praying, all the

prophets always connect their heart, mind

and soul always to God whenever wakeful.”

“And We have already created man and know what his Ego whispers to him, and We are closer to him than [his] jugular vein.”

( Surat Qaf verse 16 )

“After you do well meditate for forty days

or for six months or for a year or for two

years, always connect your heart, mind,

and soul always to God whenever awake

either alone or with the people through

dhikr silently in your heart or by thinking

of God while doing your daily activities.”

“If it is still difficult for you to attach your

heart, mind, and soul to God all the time

then think of any awliya who master the

more than 213 Lataif Entry Points Secret

for by thinking or imagining of anyone of

them you will be reminded of Allah, Nur

Muhammad, Ruhul Quddus, the angels

specially Jibraeel, the prophets specially

Adam, Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Ishmael,

Isaac, Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad (s)

while dealing worldly affairs, your body

is in the world but your heart, mind and

soul are with the Divine without people

know it, it is like you think always about

your lover but people around and close

to you don’t know about what you think.”

Hikmah #5080

“Do this silent dhikr for twenty years and Nur

Muhammad within you will polish your heart,

mind and soul, open the more than 213 lataif

access points around your ethereal body and

draw Ruhul Quddus, the angels and prophets

to you for they see, feel, hear God within you.”

“We will show them (O Muhammad) Our signs in the horizons and within themselves (their souls/ethereal bodies) until it becomes clear to them that it is the Truth.”
