istighfar dhikruLlah twelve hours

every day for forty years for they

will be calm, wise, good, patient,

spiritually powerful, and blessed

as much as Yos Hadi Hudawwud.”

“Being patient does not means to

do nothing if someone hurts you

but being patient to stop people

from hurting you without anger

as Buddha Sidharta Gotama did

who used to stop envious souls

from hurting him without being

emotional, outraged and angry.”
