Saat diri merasa mulia

Saat diri merasa baik (mulia)
hamba cenderung lupa kepada-NYA
saat diri merasa hina di hadirat-NYA
hamba semakin ditambah nikmat dan didekatkan kepada-NYA

Segala tulisan, ucapan, tindakan adalah ekspresi jiwa
Bersihkanlah jiwa!
maka Kesantunan penuh hikmah-hikmah mulia, suci, menyejukkan kan keluar terekspresikan melalui tulisan-tulisan, ucapan-ucapan dan perilaku-perilaku sehari-hari kita

“Qad aflaha man zakkaha”
Sungguh beruntunglah (berbahagialah/memperoleh kemenangan/
memperoleh keselamatan) orang(-orang) yang menyucikan jiwanya

Santun penuh hikmah adalah ekspresi jiwa yang bersih,
dan salah satu tanda ihsan tidaknya seorang muslim

Membersihkan jiwa adalah sarana terbaik untuk mengapainya

Tentu alhamdulillah saya gembira mendengarnya, namun perlu disampaikan juga bahwa meyakini sesuatu tidak akan menghasilkan apa-apa KECUALI orang-orang tersebut mengamalkan apa yang diyakininya itu. At the ocean, beneath the bright galaxy 
Two of the aged visited and accompanied my soul 
Watching stars at the peaceful clear night sky 
Those two were umar al-khayyami and ibn al-arabi. 

And we saw a dazzling star showing its mercy and tenderness. 
Like those shown by a compassionate mother. 
“It is the moon, the caring,” told khayyami 
Arabi said, “adam (Adam) is the caring.”

Everything is Energy

Everything is energy, including the soul. As energy, bad soul is never lost but transforms into good soul by doing PancaLaku (“the Five Noble Deeds”), which is purifying the soul continuously with:
1. TAWADU’: Humble in God’s presence and humble towards people;
2. SIDDIQ: Truthful to the inner self and in all affairs of life;
3. IKHLAS: Sincerity of intention in all actions to please no one but God, the One only;
4. ZUHUD: Non-attachment from all that which distracts from God;
5. FANA FILLAH: Extinction of the self in God.

Good souls are those that have achieved the station of Fanafillah. Fanafillah is leaving the ego totally behind and be completely absorbed in God’s Will. In Fanafillah there is no more I or we, but the Will of GOD only flowing/manifest completely through the soul, the mind and the body. Continue reading →

What is the secret ?

A good lady once asked a young man: “I wonder why the elderly and powerful people listen to you? How come?”

The young man replied: “Be always honest with yourself, be always honest with God, be always honest to the people, and have always a sincere good and right intention. Then Allah will give you inspiration and power into your heart what to say, when to say and how to say whether it should be said openly (verbal) or secretly, through heart to heart. And they whose heart has been opened by God will listen and follow what you say even if you are just an ordinary child because the Divine inspiration and its power are within your heart. Give Me your heart

Do you think that in prayers, the leader of the prayer is closer to God than the others?
No, Allah knows best what is hidden in the heart of each man
Allah ta’aala said through Prophet King Solomon a’layhi as-salaam:
“It is not the eloquence of words (in your prayers and supplications) but give
me your heart.”

Apakah kalian mengira dalam sholat, sang imam sholat lebih dekat kepada Allah daripada yang lain?
Tidak, Allah maha mengetahui apa yang tersembunyi dalam hati tiap orang
Allah ta’ala berfirman melalui Nabi Raja Sulayman a’layhi as-salaam:
“Bukan kefasihan ucapan (dalam sholat dan doa-doamu) tapi berikanlah Hatimu.”

Truths that cannot be spoken

There some truths that cannot be spoken
But can be found and tasted in the silence of meditation
Meditation is not just sit, close the eyes and aware of every breathing in and out
But also have to keep the mind, heart and soul from anything what God forbids.

Ada berapa kebenaran yang tidak dapat diungkapan
Tapi dapat ditemukan dan dirasakan dalam keheningan tafakur
Tafakur bukan hanya duduk, menutup mata dan sadar terhadap setiap hirupan nafas masuk dan keluar
Tapi harus pula menjaga pikiran, hati dan jiwa dari apa saja yang dilarang Allah.
